We've seen send to mobile, but send to car?

Looks like Ford is partnering with Google Maps to send maps directly from Google to your car with their Send to Sync service. "Drivers download destination information into the vehicle via their Bluetooth-enabled mobile phones; the information will be processed into audible turn-by-turn directions, eliminating the need to bring printed maps into the car and helping drivers keep their hands on the wheel and eyes on the road." It will be available later this month for existing 2010-11 models equipped with SYNC TDI

some Garmin GPS systems have had that for some time. pretty handy if you bring your GPS inside often enough that you can load it from your computer to the GPS.
I like this even better though because it looks like it goes from your phone via bluetooth.
