Any progress on making a car that runs on water? I heard something about this awhile ago but maybe it's just rumors. Any help?

I did see some cars that convert into boats, mainly for city tours. Wonder why those never took off...

Do you mean a car that "drives on water" or a car that "is powered by water"? I know I've seen concepts for both in years past, but never anything past a concept (which doesn't mean they don't exist).
Come to think of it the "powered by" engine I was thinking of was actually powered by the energy released in forming water molecules. Water was the result of the power creation, not the fuel for it... if I recall correctly.

There is no such thing as a car that can drive on water. Maybe chitty-chitty-bang-bang but that was a child's book. My cousin says he actually took a supercharged dodge, put water skis on it, and then drove it off a peer. Not too smart. It's ND or nothin'...

They also make cars that are amphibious that run on top of the water but "on' water? Haven't heard of it other than a running joke on that 70s show. "It doesn't matter if you win by an inch or a mile, a wins a win."

"Vegata what does carlocate.com say about that car's horsepower?" "ITS OVER 9000!!!" "WHAT 9000 THATS IMPOSSIBLE?!?!?!?!"
